Exchanges and returns

At Deva Activewear you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

Domestic Orders (Spain and Portugal)

  • Exchanges : 1st size exchange free.

  • Returns : 1st return free.

Write to us at info@devayogactivewear.com and we will provide you with the label to manage the shipment.

International Orders

  • Only those admitted returns (no exchanges).

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The original shipping costs for the order are non-refundable.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and protective stickers intact.

  • If the item does not meet these conditions, the refund will be cancelled. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Changes

  • Only size changes are allowed (not color or model changes).

  • The first exchange is free on domestic orders.

  • In the event of requesting a second exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
