EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to find the perfect garment. If you need to exchange for a different size or return an item, you can easily manage it from our portal.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or a return.

The first exchange or return is free for orders placed without a discount.

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags.

SIZE CHANGES

If you need to request a size change, you can easily manage it from your customer account.

The first size change is free for orders placed without a discount and delivered to peninsular Spain and Portugal.

Once we receive the garment in our warehouse and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will automatically process the shipment of the new size requested.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a size change.

RETURNS

If you wish to return your order, you can easily manage the request from your customer account.

Returns are free for orders placed without discount and delivered in Spain.

Once we receive the garment in our warehouse and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
