At Deva Activewear you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
Domestic Orders (Spain and Portugal)
Exchanges : 1st size exchange free.
Returns : 1st return free.
Write to us at info@devayogactivewear.com and we will provide you with the label to manage the shipment.
International Orders
Only those admittedreturns (no exchanges).
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
The original shipping costs for the order are non-refundable.

Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and protective stickers intact.
If the item does not meet these conditions, the refund will be cancelled. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Changes
Only size changes are allowed (not color or model changes).
The first exchange is free on domestic orders.
In the event of requesting a second exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

CUSTOMS
For shipments outside the European Union, the order may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the destination country. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties, we will deduct the costs associated with the return from the refund.
